Evergreen, semi-woody, ground cover with medium green, oval leaves that are edged in creamy white. The upper third of each leaf is coarsely serrated and small white fragrant flower clusters appear in early spring. Its spread is minimal the first year until plants are established, after which it can spread fairly quickly. Use to brighten areas under trees, including pines, and in dense shade.
