Alex Thomson

Alex joined the Gardenworld team in May 2026 as an In-House Sales Representative. He graduated from Iowa State University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in Public Relations and General Business. After working as a Production Control Coordinator in the medical field for six years, Alex decided to further pursue his education. In 2025, he obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sustainable Leadership through Goshen College in Indiana. His passion for horticulture and environmental stewardship stems from his MBA and experience working for local nurseries as a grad student. Alex is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys downhill skiing, cycling, and tending to his salsa garden.
